Last year, Women in Industries of Tomorrow challenged audiences to "Persevere and Get Sh*t Done", a conversation about resilience, leadership and breaking barriers in industries undergoing rapid transformation. This year, we want to take the conversation one step further.

AI doesn't sleep. Robots don't have bad days. Digital actors don't age, demand a trailer, or call in sick. So remind us: why exactly are we still hiring humans?

AI can write, edit, animate, dub, compose, present and perform. Machines are moving from tools to colleagues to competitors.So perhaps it's time for an uncomfortable conversation.

We're bringing together women from across the media and broadcasting landscape and asking them the same question: What happens to your job when human is no longer the default?

We'll explore virtual actors, AI filmmaking, robotics in production, creativity versus execution, changing career paths, and whether “made by humans” could eventually become a premium label rather than the norm.

Different disciplines, different perspectives. No AI cheerleading, nor existential doom.

Instead, we're asking: Is the human advantage becoming more redundant, or are we about to discover what our superpowers were all along?
